Adventurous cave visits

The special feature of these visits is the fact they are organised in smaller groups (3 - 15 people) who are taken in those parts of the cave that are not open to the public. Every group requires a guide and additional equipment (helmet, protective clothing, appropriate footwear and lamp).

These visits can be organised by booking in advance (3 days).

Less strenuous visits:
Postojna, Pivka and Black Caves - duration: up to 3 hours;
From Postojna across Kacul to Otok Cave - duration: up to 3 hours;
Postojna cave: Colourful Tunnel and Tartar - duration: up to 4 hours;
Colourful Tunnel, Tartar, Pivka and Black Caves - duration: up to 5 hours.

Difficult visits:
Cave under the Predjama Castle
To the end of the Eastern Tunnel - duration: up to 6 hours;
Erazm's Tunnel in Predjama - duration: 1 hour.
